Call droped / no feedback from manage

On the 20 th of September 2013 lost my phone when i called MTN they said they could not assist to track my phone as i was with contracted with Nashua mobile, called the call centre and they said i should go to the Blackburry web side which was useless. i called again spoke to Tshego she said Nashua cannot hep me as they do not have resources i should go to the police. when i requested for manager i was put on hold for so long and call drooped. i have been paying Nashua for 2 years and they are now telling that they cannot help me, and the manager is busy to talk to clients. what disappointment never will i recomend anybody to take contract with Nashua
