Lost Black Berry

My mom handed in my daughters Black Berry 9700 into the Bryanston Branch for a software upgrade. We have been back to the branch to get a status update as no one has let us know what is happening with the phone. They now say they cant find the phone. Also they say they will phone us back to let us know what they are doing about the situation but they dont. When I phone the contact number they gave us no one ever answers
