Bad business / management

If you read my previous hellopeter's you will understand that 6 months ago I gave my phone in for repair.
Friday i got an sms that the phone is back from the service department (for the 3rd time). I went to MTN today only to AGAIN find my phone that has not been worked on- thias is after I have spoken to a few managers from MTN promising me that they will sort the problem out! Well its far from sorted out...
You would think that they will give a customer a new phone after 6 months?
Anyone reading this complaint please be advised that MTN is pathetic, you are wasting your time and money!
