Time and money wasting!

I had yaclick installed with a wifi rooter. I have the 10mbps subscription. Ive had slow speeds of 5 to 7mbps at times and when they teat it its fine.
My wifi rooter stopped working about two months ago. I took it to their appointed dealer in Mahikeng who tested is and declared it faulty. I havent been refunded for the rooter nor have i been supplied with a new one. Ive refused to pay my account with them due to the fact that I can only use my internet via wifi plus Im not paying for an incomplete service. All they keep doing is sending me my statement and the invoice and saying that everything is still in process. Ive never received such bad service in my life from any supplier. This entire process has been supper slow and a massive waste of my time and money! Why should i pay for a incomplete and slow service with a company that displays critically bad customer service?
