BAD SERVICE AND PARTS!

We called Roto Rooter to change our kitchen sink tap unit, the plumber changed the unit and put in a cheap no name brand unit that has lasted only 8 months. The plumber also and said he showed me a catalogue of taps to choose from. Now we need to replace the unit again due to it breaking after 8 months. I spoke to Lance and he wants to charge me R1000 for a call out fee to replace the tap again. He was also completely uninterested in listening to what I had to say. Roto Rooter is full of rubbish and they have poor suppliers and they do very poor work. Unexceptionable! We will never use them again! Stop spending all your money and time on making adverts and put more time in your supplies and customers.
