Pathetic service from telkom 8ta

Took out top up contract with blackberry phone beginning of 2013. Since then stuggeling each month with service (sms'e and bbm service, battery just die on you). Went to shop a few times they not very helpfull - just say software must be upgraded. Seriousley thinking of going back to vodacom. Worst mistake ever to take out contract with telkom 8ta.
