After years of great service from Cell C I get this call from a call centre agent asking me if I want to renew my data contract for a further 2 years at a cheaper rate. After asking several times if this is correct is it only R99 for 2 gig she assured me this was right, no mention of a tablet ect. I then receive a tablet, After calls to Head Office they call me back to admit that this was the wrong package sent to me. I have now had to reverse charges taken of via debit order for this package I did not order. Cell C sent the couriers to co;;ect the tablet but the debit orders never stopped/ I kept on reversing debit orders to my cost and my bank rating going down the drain. Then I get told by Cell C that this has been cancelled at last but they deducted R1400.00 for cancellation fees. What a cheek, I want this reversed and put back into my account. I then did not let my debit for my monthly payment be deducted whichI caused more hassle as my daughter studing at varsity was affected by this. I then made a payment and replied on a return sms that the account was paid. My cell still off and I had to fly to Durban on business and could not fax the proof of payment FIX THIS
