I've been with MTN for a LONG time, and have two contracts with them. I've always been quite happy with them until today! My 2GB data contract expired and instead of sending an easy SMS to let me know, they converted the contract to pay as you go so that instead of paying my usual R150, i end up paying almost R400 this month just for my data contract!

Seriously, how hard can it be to send an SMS to customers telling them they are due for an upgrade. I suppose if MTN did that they would lose out on an easy R250 (at least) when contracts expire. Sies!
