No one gives a @@@@

I wrote a report almost 2 weeks ago and no one has had the common decency to respond either to emails sent!!! Samsung should be made aware of the fact that suppliers and sell under false pretense. And when confronted respond with bad attitude and a couldn't give a @@@@ attitude. A Samsung mini S4 screen cracked in a pocket after 2 days not only that we were to and told all the features were the same as the S4... Not only that but the contract i signed was not the contract added to the computer!!!

VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE ATTITUDE IS BAD ARE THEY SO BIG THEY DONT GIVE A @@@ EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10YEARS.
