No Internet on galaxy s2 after jellybean upgrade

Had upgraded my S2 a few days ago and since then I have been unable to connect to the Internet. Have called MTN numerous times to resolve but now have been told there was a problem with the software upgrade and they don't know when this will be resolved! In the interim I keep paying for my contract but have limited use with my phone. This is really unacceptable.
