Frustrated by Cell C, I just want my money Back!!!

After I reported Cell C I received a call on the same day, notifying me that the payment will be done in ten days. I did not understand why it has to take so long when I enquired more than a month ago now but I accepted. After the ten days indicated, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK!!!
