I am still awaiting for the customer services Lady to get back to me regarding the over charge on my data bill.
I requested they investigate why the data rate was so high.

Once again us consumers have to fit the bill, pay up front and then we will investigate and then they forget the issue ever happened.
Do these people not understand we pay there wages.
This issue goes back a few months now.

I would like a urgent response on this.
Second time I have had to hellopeter this issue.
