TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

I bought a phone a year ago which i was entitled to data bundles, i told the sales consultant that they must ensure that when i get to a certain bundles it should stop working, to my surprise Vodacom calls after sometime saying that i owe R16 000, because of the data i used, i paid off that R16 000, i recently tried to buy a car & to my surprise Vodacom has listed me on top of the whooping R 16 000 i paid, now i've been taken from pillar to post when theyhave to clear my name, i've probably spent over R 500 just making phone calls to Vodacom to sort it out, ABSOLUTELY APPAULING SERVICE
