Faulty BlackBerry Handset

I received a bb Tourch with my upgrade and it now has to go back for the 3rd time. 1st it kept on switching itself off, 2nd the track pad stopped wotking and now it switches itself off during calls again.
Clearly the handset is faulty and vodacom needs to replace it with a new ons - not a refurbished one.
I'm tired of taking it in - on my time and my expense!
It is clearly not reliable!
