Hi there,

I have requested a cancellation of my MTN data contract via email more than once, each time there is no response with regards. I have been to my bank to place a Stop Order on the matter in case MTN debits myself month end, they can not inform me of any details of the cancellation nor date of cancellatoon.
I must now sit and wonder what will happen and when it will happen, never go with MTN again.

On my my MTN cellphone contract, I pay a premium subscription and I would expect just a bit of service, nonetheless there is NO service from MTN.
My cellphone contract expires nex year, will not renew with them again.
