Hi PF,

I'm now writing on Hello Peter as I don't get any response from Planet Fitness when writing on their contact page.

We joined Planet Fitness (PF) Nov '10 on a promo PF had. When we signed Mark and Ulrich told us the contract becomes cheaper - on every renewal we will get 10% discount. Now, 3 yrs later and the personnel at PF (Centurion Gate) tells me that Mark to everyone, he to sell contracts (e.g. sold 3 year deals as if they were 5 year deals, etc.) and that he was fired based on all the he told to sell contracts (i.e. PF (CG) gained a lot of contracts by the Mark and Ulrich was telling to sell these contracts - PF gained financially from this and also obtained me and my wife as clients due to these promises). Now no-one at PF can tell me what amount is going to go off my bank account at the end of this month but they tell me it WONT be less 10% than what we used to pay. We're very unhappy!
Please assist us in making your promises a reality, also let us know what amount is going to go off the end of the month since we are now blind-folded in this contract that we have with PF.
