Upgrade 8 Aug, Process 23 Aug and still get it wrong!!! Why must I phone in and wait for 5 to 25 mins for a person to answer, to then beg them to fix a problem that they created!!! And then they expect me to phone back and check the process/progress of the complaint... WHO IS THE CUSTOMER HERE???
