I've been dealing with Vodacom for many years and never did i come across such incompetent people! Especially some of them in the cancellations department! My contract ended in May, i sent a request through in APRIL for my contract to be cancelled. The cancellations department only cancelled it in JULY and is now making me liable for those payments! I then lodged a dispute and was asked to send an email, i have sent dozens of emails and still NO response!!! Im so disgusted in their service and how they handle their client! They have no respect and are rude over the phone! My fiance had a similar experience and they cut his line all because they cancelled the WRONG number and he refuses to pay for the negligence!!! IM TIRED OF THIS!
