I collected my cellphone from the Repairs centre at the Mimosa Mall branch. When I arrived back at work and switched my phone on, I didn't have BBM anymore. I phoned the branch, and their reply was "Oops". After the phone call, I tried downloading the app myself, but it didn't want to. I went back, expecting them to help me immediately (because this was a mistake from their side), they had me stand in the wrong queue for 20 min, after which they informed me I have to stand in another queue which was twice as long as the previous one. I had another appointment, thus I did not have time to wait. I went back the next day. I asked the receptionist if I could just book in my phone, they upload BBM, and I collect it, because I had go back to the office. The reply I was "No". I feel that this is unacceptable treatment towards a customer, especially because it is a mistake from their (Vodacom's) side. I have to waste my petrol and time for the third time this afternoon. I can upgrade in December, but after this experience, I am seriously considering switching to another network.
