Since I've sent my "failure to repair" email on 2013-08-18, the only communication I've received back from Cell-C was an email stating that someone would be in contact with me. I received an sms this morning saying my handset has been received at Cell-C Repair Centre Midrand, ref no CLC953715. I'm very disappointed that i have not been contacted telephonicly.
