Waiting for my Samsung S4 still after 3 weeks

I had pre ordered a Samsung S4 3 weeks ago. I still have not received any confirmation. I had phoned the head office, but they said that they do not have stock and it has been so for the past 2 weeks. I am slowly losing my patience.
