FNB, Feedback Please

Firstly, i was an existing client of another major retail bank up until December 2012 when i made the change to FNB. Up until now i have been an extremely satisfied client opening up various accounts and keeping my account in good standing.
On the 1st of May, i applied for a Samsung S4, financed through FNB. I was told that i would receive feedback within 10 working days, fair enough.
Roughly 15 days passed and i still hadn't received any feedback, i managed to find a number to dial which i did so the next day
I was told at that time my application has been APPROVED however they were just waiting for stock before they would contact me - the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and told me it should be a week and a half, Fair enough, however it was long after their 10 days as stated originally.
Finally, today i decided to call again to find more feedback only to be told that i have now been declined due to only R2000 coming in Feb, the rest came in a few days late - however, it still came in.
It is the 27th and i still have not received a single call, email or letter from FNB.
I am extremely disappointed with the "feedback" i received.
