Good day this is Melanie here to writing the complaint, I was at Vodacom shop Rosebank last week Friday, (16 Aug, 2013) like to sign the 2 years contract for 1GM data R69.00/pm, I brought all my docs with, the lady helped me with fiiling up the application form etc, after that she said to me, she will be calling me (in 24 hours) on Saturday, I was waiting and waiting nothing has happened, I went shop again on Sunday, the other lady helped me with filling up the form again, after that she said the same thing, then nothing has happened, I went shop again yesterday, after I left someone called me left sms said I am in the blacklist so I can't get contract. I don't know how it comes. I have been always using the prepaid product, this is my first time to sign the contract with you, and few years ago, I recharged R1200.00 airtime on my other cell number, then I have been China for 6 months, my cell number was unactivated and R1200.00 gone as well. I'd like to know how I am in your blacklist?
