NOT GETTING WHAT I PAY FOR

Got a wireless 3G Modem on contract. For the first month, the 3G was fantastic. After the first month passed, I have almost NO signal on the modem! IF, and this is a big IF, it does connect, it is for a maximum of 10 seconds and the signal drops. I reported this on Twitter to which you replied a few times, and 2 weeks ago just started ignoring my replies. Please explain to me how this drastic signal change is possible? Do you boost your signal for the first month to lure customers or what? I am confused. As per my contract, you are to provide me for what i pay. I am not getting what i am paying for, which is indirectly breach of contract. Either fix this issue, or cancel my contract from your side due to this breach!
