I took out a cellphone contract with MTN almost 2months ago, the Tablet just died on me I then informed the sales Consultant Junigin who infromed me the phone must go for repairs. I advised her the phone is not even a month old and I am not happy that it must go for repairs, I then went to the repair centre and a very helpful lady advise that I can complete a warrantee form which I did and then the results came back that the handset is faulty so it was replaced luckily for me. I bought a screen guard which cost me R150 which I informed Juningin I would like them to replace it she referred it to her manager Zeenat. She adv she informed it to the neccessary department however evertime I had to call her or email her. Then after a week she tells me that it cannot be replaced I had to take it off when I gave in the phone and to stick on what clearly it will not seal again. It was then escalated to another manager C Steenkamp which she escalated again a week later and yet no correspondence given back to me. What is really sad is that this is management which shows that they not interested as well, they don't even think to pick up the phone. I expect service after perchase as well...
