Increase from R32 - R170 for same service?

I phoned to find out how my Telkom CLOSER Option 2 of R32.48 can be increased to R170.18 and called Telkom Evening w/ender Planner. The operator could not help or understand me and transferred me back to the orginal message and i had to start all over again with no help.
