I have sent numerous emails to Gian Visser in reply to the spam they are sending me. I have asked to please take me off their promotions email database but yet it continues, I am only interested in receiving my invoices! The only email he has replied to was my request to cancel, so it seems their only concern is filling their pockets! I have subsequently cancelled my entire account and stopped the debit orders.
Another issue is the contacting of Afrihost, their accounts dept REFUSES, blatantly, to accept telephone calls, they say i must send them sms's! I have a bad eye sight so i dont read sms's and being a human being, i prefer to talk to people. Sms's are for 16 year old girls!
Connectivity is the final concern, their servers are extremely congested with all their uncapped accounts so expect to receive about 1/4 of your connection speed on Dsl. I have 2 Isp accounts, afrihost 2048k and Telkom uncapped, the latter is a considerable better online experience so the Dsl line is not the problem the afrihost network is the issue.

Passing Buck&Incorrect sim card, No service
