Upgraded 26 March - still no phone

I received mail on all options for upgrade, I made my decision to take the Blackberry Z10, I also upgraded my contract to one that included data, sms, call time and FREE BBM till end of May - I received the message on 26 March to say that the migration was done, another month down the lane I got another message to say that the invoicing was done - still no phone. Nobody comes back to me, I keep phoning and mailing and they just tell me they have a problem with invoicing, I asked 3 times to talk to the Supervisor by name of Colin and up to today nobody called me and I still haven't received my phone - I also asked them if they will be compensating me for the free bbm time that I couldn't use because I have not received the phone before the end of May, they just ignore the issue and I feel it is not fair. I have had this contract since 1999 and it is the first time I had problems upgrading - they promised it was on its way last week and that Colin would phone me about the bbm but nothing - this is totally unacceptable. I even thought of cancelling the contract and getting a new one where I will receive proper service.
