We recently installed a new telephone system and have had problems from day 1. I received numerous complaints from clients daily- "telephone just rings" " dropped calls" Was promised a 20% savings on the Telkom account. Promised monthly reports after asking at least 6 times now find out we must pay for the reports. Have been trying to see Ian (Owner / manager) for the past 3 months to resolve the problem - telephone calls / emails / messages simply ignored. Bonnie (saleslady) has cancelled past 3 appointments with us!!! Very diaspointed!
