Telephone line application

I have since applied for a telephone line from telkom in the past year, after struggling for months being told I am missing this form or that form, and I only find out this information when I call them, I was rarely getting feedback from them, some ladies there where quiet helpful I must say. I was told once I get a order number, I will have my telephone line installed in no time, this was in September 2013. I have never received any communication with them ever since I got the order number. Months later I still dont have a telephone line installed. My reference number is 0827907948.
