Hi guys,
Please elaborate how this is acceptable. I have been paying my account with MBD Attorneys and yet I still receive threats and intimidating phone calls from your agents. So today I called in and complaint about the threats and telephone calls that is unnecessary as I am meeting the agreed amounts. This woman on the telephone says to me..."Have you settled the account? Have you increased your instalment? So they may contact and send me text messages as its her job" I mean honestly she was absolutely rude and disgusted by the mere fact that I am complaining about the threatening text messages and telephone calls. Now I am pleading to MBD I am very sure that you have clients that doesn't pay that you can harass and threaten. The clients that pay should be contacted, sure I do acknowledge that its the core of your business to collect debt. But the threats and rude staff is unnecessary and totally uncalled for. If I do not pay I do deserve rude and threatening text and telephone calls. But when I do pay I still get threatened and rude telephone calls... WHY?
