Telkom makes us pay for their BAD admin

We cancelled our telephone account for 30 June 2013 in writing with Telkom.

They only cancelled it months later, and only after we resent copies of our cancellation notices.

Even though we sent them the details many time over, they now handed us over to Hugo & Ngwenya Attorneys who is not interested in solving the problem but only in their fees.

We are very disappointed and disgusted with Telkom who is clearly drowning in their own bad admin. It is not even a big amount. If they can not even run their accounts properly, how on earth can they run their business?

And in the meantime we as small business people must waste our time with their nonsense!!
