Is every single one of your SIM cards broken?

I had a Huawei U8150D on contract with you and the contract ends in November. Recently I had a break in and the U8150D was obviously along with the SIM card. Using the insurance payout I purchased a Huawei P1 and bought a new SIM card and did a SIM swop. The SIM card works perfectly normal for 5 minutes then my phone tells me there is no SIM card in the device. Rebooting the device is the only way to get it to re-detect the SIM card which lasts 5 minutes before repeating the same process again. SO I bought a new SIM card. Guess what happened? The same story. So I then put my mothers Vodacom SIM card in my phone for a day and I didnt get a single issue. I put my fathers Vodacom SIm in for a day without a single issue. I then bought an MTN SIM to test the device on a third network. Not a single problem. I spoke to your store clerks, they promised to get back to me, and they didnt. I spoke to your call centre, they didnt help or get back to me. So I am left with a service Im not getting, and a non functional 8ta account with a fat lot of airtime on it and data that I cant use. My phone is obviously not the problem, neither is your network since 8ta piggybacks MTN.
