I had a sim swap done recently after my card malfunctioned, within 6 days of the swap my phone was soft locked due to the maximum amount being reached. After a shocking bill of over R6000 being rung up on data charges i obviosly made some calls to vodacom to enquire. Their responce after 1 day was that there was no irregularities. My question is, is it not strange that the limit on a phone is so high, and they dont think there is something wrong when a bill is R6000 for a week when the past two years that i`ve had the contract my bill was never more than R600. this is a company that does not give customer service at all and i would like someone higher up than a team leader or consultant to deal with this, as they all have the same answeres.
this is just one of the ways they make money... by not caring
