Hello Samantha you know my problem and you know when we started trying to resolve it. You know that I am writing you emails to the extend where it almost become an embarrassment. You know that Nashua Mobile has not done anything concrete to the problem and you know that we are still waiting for feedback from MTN .almost three weeks after requesting it.
Where do we stand and is there any light at the end of the tunnel? When are you going to revert back to me? Why don't you answer my emails? If have probably spent the equivalent of days on the phone to NB to try and resolve this issue. I simply do not have any luck and the saga just continues.
PLEASE PLEASE do something... I have never ever in my entire life had such prolonged poor service from a South African Company and I have no more adjectives left to tell potential customers how PATHETIC customer care at Nashua Mobile really is. PLEASE and at least just try to do something...
