Unbelievable

I work for a Security Company situated in Polokwane CBD and after two years, three call outs and a no show we still have no voice call capabilities in our office. Vodacom installed a signal booster about a year ago, they have worked on it twice after the initial installation and the last time promised to bring out the big guns the following day. That was three weeks ago and still no follow up from them. How is it possible that we have no signal being in the center of a growing city? Come on guys this is not what I expect from a company as large as Vodacom. Should we now change all our company cell phones and other sim based devices to another service provider?
