I am on a blackberry BIS contract for the past 24 months. every month i see an extra 1 to 2 rands charged for internet connections. i tried quering this but they could not help so i just left it. however this month i received an extra bill of R10 for internet connection., with the BIS serive service i am not supposed to be charged for internet connections, so stop from your consumers.

I quried this with one of your consultants and was told the 10 rand was for wattsapp, which is a load of . no one gets charged for Wattsapp on BIS. Also i dont use youtube on my phone, so dont start with that as well. Please just tell me, why the you are money from account every month.
