GOOD DAY IM MRS COETZEE I JUST WANT TO RAISE A COMPLAINT FOR POOR SERVICE OF VIRGIN MOBILE I RECEIVED MY BANKSTATEMENT ON THE 26/07/13 AND SAW THAT VIRGIN MOBILE TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I PHONE THERE CUST CARE LINE THEY PASS ME ON TO THE COLLECTIONS DEPT AS THEY TOLD ME TO FAX IT TO THEM AS I DID I GAVE THEM TILL THE 02/08/13 AS I PHONE THEM AGAIN WITH JUST ANOTHER NO RESPONSE. TODAY IS THE 19/08/13 AND NO MONEY OR NOBODY EVEN PHONED ME BACK TO EXPLAIN THEM SELF. I THINK THAT THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THEM AND I RENEW MY 2 CONTRACT LAST MONTH AND FEEL THAT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. IF THIS IS HOW THERE CUST SERV IS. I WILL BE THERE WORD OF MOUTH.
