Vodacom Business - Impossible to Cancel Service!

Today is the 11th of October 2013 - and I have been battling unsuccessfully to cancel my companies hosting agreement with Vodacom Business since the 19th of August!

The call centre is ineffective as they can only cancel cell phone contracts.
My account manager is 'Bruce' - nobody will tell me his surname?
His assistant - who is the one who should be cancelling the contract is Vuyelwa. Ntsizi. [Email Removed]

Vuyelwa returns 1 in 10 emails and is totally ineffective.

[Email Removed] - refers all queries to Vuyelwa Ntsizi and [Email Removed]
[Email Removed] is the email to send cancellation requests to - but this address is not accessible to clients only internally to Vodacom staff (Vuyelwa Ntsizi).

Every month we continue to be billed.

This is very poor and unprofessional service from a company I used to admire!
