SIM swap nightmare

After my cellphone got I called the 140 number to have my SIM swapped, from the initial cost that it can range from anything between R50 and R150 (PATHETIC) I comleted all the details as requested the Friday at 19H00, some woman called us saturday morning, RUDE as, the initial swapping should have taken 24 hours as instructed today (saturday) it can take anything between 24 and 48 hours, what next??? if I call today will it be 48 and 92 hours or has the price increased between R150 and R250 now. PATHETIC SERVICE! I cant wait for my contract to finish so I can cancel all dealings with Cell C
