Suspension on sim not uplifted - can't use 3g now

My 3g dongle got in March and I called MTN to block my sim and blacklist the modem. I have a secondary data sim also which I told them not to block as only the primary sim got. After doing a sim swop at the branch in Shelly Centre they told me my new sim would work after 24 hours - this was like 2 months ago. I spoke to Kamilla around 2 weeks after the sim swop explaining to her I can't use the sim. I then had to re-send all my docs and a letterhead stating I want to lift the suspension on the new sim card which has been done. I have been waiting 2 months now and I am paying for a service that I can't use. She told me she submitted everything to MTN and when I try calling her she's always busy and will call me back but never does. This is real bad customer service!
