Very Dissapointed with the Service

Yesterday my cellphone got. I called in to block the sim card and went do a sim swop.
The gentleman who helped me told me it will take 4 hours to activate, this morning I couldn't make or receive any calls.
I called the customer call line (082111) and was told the line had to be reactivated which was done.
the guy told me to take my battery out of the phone and leave it off for about an hour, which I done but was still not activated after the hour.
I call the Customer care line again and I got very angry because the lady tells me the sim swop has failed, this is my cellphone I use for work.
I ask for a manager who has the nerve to tell me she cant tell me why its failed she will send the query to the back office who isn't a call centre so I cannot speak to anyone who works in that department and it will take 24-48 hours to see what the problem is.
I tell her I will call back at 12pm to see how far they are with my query, she says but it will only be escalated by 12 but I can phone back and they wont be able to tell me anything.
I call the store I went to last night and a guy who works there took 10 minutes to sort it out.
Is Customer Care not the specialists??
