Honestly the worst service i have ever experienced

Hi
I have called your contact centre 11 times now, each time I speak to a different consultant and start the process again. I have filled in a network form, I have a reference nbr (3072402117). Still nothing

I am having major issues with network connectivity all over Gauteng (I have given the various people that I have spoken to at least 20 different locations) I have constant problems with call cut offs (some 5 times on 1 call) and 0 data speeds - even when my phone is showing a H or 3G connection. Someone called me back, told me to switch (roam) to the vodacom network - but that is also not working properly.
They sent out a network technician to my home address - but that's not where the problem is!!!
Your networks department agreed to cancel the contract by yesterday - but there was no follow up as expected. I called the contact centre again today, they seemed to only be aware of half the history - they put me on hold for 25 min the first time (waiting for cancellations who were actually not taking calls) and 17 min the second time (waiting for a supervisor) -neither call ever got answered. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a large company!
