The lady at front desk do not know the meaning of customer service!
The way she talks to customers and the bad service she is giving is just unacceptable.
I also heard i'm not the only one complaining about her.
She really puts Telkom Mobile in a bad light.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER!
