Uninformed sales person

Firstly I would like to state that I am highly disappointed with the service received from the 8-ta Telkom Mobile store in Pretoria, by Rose Mabuka.
She was extremely confrontational and literally screamed at me in front of other customers in the store. I then mentioned to her that I am a customer and she should not talk to me in that manner, she continued to mention that I have an attitude and honestly she doesn't care that I am a customer, I stated that I would escalate her, which she replied that she does not care if I do.
Is this the kind of culture that 8TA has??
