Poor service for new client

On 16 Aug I went to MTN Parow Centre with the intention of opening an Internet contract. The sales person who assisted me didn't seem to be clued up. She couldn't read my pay slip correctly. I had to show her I get paid in US Dollars. Also I had to explain to her that I work abroad and can only give international work phone number. She said MTN would contact me later in the day.
After not hearing anything I decided to go back on 17 Aug.
I was informed by Phindiwe that they were offline the day before. My application wasn't processed. Funny I wasn't informed when I went to apply thay they were offline? After getting my application it wasn't completed properly by the sales person from the day before. She said if she has time she will process my application. She only processed my application when I threatened to leave.i have serious doubts now about MTN
