Cell C "MAY" change your contract as they see fit!

My husband went to Cell C in Menlyn on the 10th of August for his upgrade. Being concerned, he confirmed with the consultant that his new contract will still have R57 BIS and uncapped data usage. The consultant confirmed and stated that he still qualifies for same. On Monday, the 13th of August, my husband received a sms stating that "due to fairness "all Blackberry contracts will only receive 2MB of data. Again, my husband took the time, and spoke to a consultant at Cell C in Mall @ Reds. AGAIN, he was reassured, that he was still in time to qualify for uncapped internet usage, as this will only have effect on the 19th of August. Last night, it was confirmed by a Call Centre agent at Customer Care, that my husband did indeed have only 2MB of data. His contract was changed "because they may change the contract as they see fit". What is fair about that? In my opinion, that is breach of contract. We will not pay for this data, because we "may". We will cancel our contract with IMMEDIATE effect, because we "may".
