Bad customer service

To add to my previous frustration I have still been to and had bad feedback and correspondence to my last complaint I still another almost 2 weeks later and still no phone I have had enough of MTN with thier bad service and empty promises and the branch at brackengardens centre dont every go there useless staff and a owner/Manager that does not give a!!! I ask you 1 more time MTN when will I get my phone???
