I had lost the proof of purchase of my new cellphone. The courier had not scanned in my signed copy and Mtn had no electronic evidence of anything. Loraine promised to get back to me before the end of the day as she was going to contact the warehouse that dispatches the phones which I'm sure is a mission in itself. Not only did she call me before the end of day, she emailed me the proof of purchase which was located in some archive. Well done MTN for employing an efficient girl like Lorraine.
