I have complained to 2 different people today
And ive requested the recording of the last conversation

Unbelievable . you're a service provider

What service are you providing when every time I speak to anybody its somebody different
They take my id number
They take my reference
And reply we will phone you back
Again and again

Im waiting 4 months later
And nothing

I have never experienced something like this
